2-3 weeks before your tour starting date, we optimise the itinerary, the timing, and double check all booking arrangements for all tour items.
For example, if the museums are full of visitors at a scheduled time, we try to change the time of your visits in order to make your experience more comfortable and more enjoyable. As per the contract conditions with our partners, some museums confirm time slots only 2-3 weeks before the visit date.
When all is set we issue the tour voucher and send it to you by e-mail. Even if you request to receive the tour voucher earlier than 14 days before the starting date, the itinerary may be amended without prior notice, and a new voucher will be resent to your e-mail address.
Note that in spite of these possible amendments, your earlier voucher will be valid for travel, transportation and hotel accommodation.
